Our “buy local” sourcing strategy supports over 150 local businesses, our staff are from the NSW South Coast region and we support many charities, clubs, and events in the area.
Our commitment to environmental sustainability is inherent in all that we do. Through the Flower Reach Project with TAFE we’re repurposing left over fresh flowers and extending their lifecycle, and our biodegradable urns are increasing in popularity. There’s always more that we can do and we are interested in hearing about your projects.

The commitment to social responsibility comes from the Parsons family itself and has been ingrained in the organisation since opening its doors in 1893. This commitment starts with our workplace culture and H.Parsons employs over 50 staff from the NSW South Coast community. Our team has access to industry best practice training and a range of support programs. The Illawarra community is rich in its diversity and we are proud to be able to support over 50 community initiatives. Sporting clubs, charities, fundraising events, and local clubs all play an important role in bringing the community together and H.Parsons will consider all community support requests, however, we are more likely to support those that provide a direct benefit to our local NSW South Coast community.
Since 1893, H.Parsons has supported local business through its buy local strategy. Working with these amazing businesses means the families that we serve also benefit. The businesses are varied and include florists, graphic designers, sign writers, manufacturers, caterers, and builders to name a few.
