In an exciting update, H.Parsons Funeral Directors has partnered with a new catering service supplier, Apple Tree Catering!
For the past month Apple Tree Catering has been providing our funeral services with catering and they have been slowly adding and changing their menus.
One of the major changes that occurred with COVID and social distancing restrictions was the suspension of catering services at funerals. We saw this as an opportunity to go back and look at what we had on offer and how we could improve.
We were fortunate enough to find Nicole Reay, a locally renowned chef and professional caterer. Early on we were impressed with her attention to detail, and most importantly, her food! Nicole quickly started working on new menu concepts, and we were happy to help out and taste test for Nicole.
